Towns Jewelry gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact Towns Jewelry within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

**Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced and refunded at no charge.**
If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought, Towns Jewelry will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. The item needs to be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not mailed within 5 days.
If you wish to return an item after the 5 days grace period, you will receive a full credit towards another item from Towns Jewelry. Items can only be returned for full credit 30 days after the sale date. All items and credit are non-transferable. No exceptions.
